I'm still sleepy

It's a little after 5am. I've been up since 4am. I can't sleep. Again. It seems like insomnia has taken up residence in my body and doesn't want to leave. My mind is racing over thoughts that shouldn't even matter this time of day. So, I'm up watching The Doctors. I want to watch the news but my brain isn't ready to process that information yet. I have my book and my knitting bag near but if I do any of those things then I will fall asleep and I have to be up at 6 am to get the little one ready for school and make breakfast for my 15 year old. My eyes are red so I used some Visine. Joyce Meyers will be on at 6am and I guess I'll try to gather up enough energy to walk on the treadmill while I listen to her message. I have one job to do at Office Max so I plan to get that done as soon as DD gets on the bus. Nothing else exciting planned for today. Maybe I'll visit the Goodwill and see what deals I can find...
